I think you’d be surprised to learn that Ben completely changed his career trajectory in order to be the ideal dad to his daughter.
As a former visual effects coordinator work on the most critically acclaimed visual masterpiece blockbuster film Avatar, Ben hung it up for the sake of his relationship with his daughter.

Nowadays Ben and his daughter are busy cooking and promoting their recipes on social channels such as Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. After his daughter gave him the idea, they jumped in both feet.
Join us for Ben’s bomb crater and his “unusual” custody arrangement from just 9 months of age. It’s clear to see that like me, Ben has put his family first. Listen to him explain in his own words the value and worth he places on negotiating challenges and learning the lessons they have to teach; all the while taking complete ownership for his choices. Ben also explains why it’s important to move away from the socially accepted view of “success” and to formulate your own definition of that term. Not only that, but Ben talks about the importance of gratitude, grit, purpose and how a little quote from “Joe Dirt” goes a whole lot deeper than you’d expect.

Rob is truly my kind of person and we absolutely hit it off. One of the best things about Rob is that he puts being a dad at the forefront of his life and continues to help others do the same. He perfectly exemplifies what a RAD DAD should be; starting with winning custody of his then 14-month-old son.
As a reality (life) coach, Rob started with a focus on communication. The results achieved are a direct result of a straightforward approach that will kick you into gear. Unlike many other types of professionals he jokingly states, “I get stuff done!” Along those lines, he has started #ownyourstory inspiring and encouraging his clients to take a long hard look in the mirror and taking accountability. Rob encourages you to fix you first.
From the rubble of a destroyed life, untimely death of family, divorce and custody battle, Rob took a hard look in the mirror and decided rightly to fix the one problem in his life - himself.
Please join us for the Mullet wearing cowboy hitman, Getting his butt kicked by Chuck Norris with Eric Estrada, Carlton Heston’s spandex wearing mullet-ponytail merman son. But the real value comes as we share a more serious conversation about presence, attitude, persistence, mindset, a father’s undying love, a parent’s legacy and Rob’s own path to self-discovery, passion, and purpose.

I have found that alcohol is a major catalyst with single parents. We all rely on something to make us feel better about our situation and often we can over-indulge. Many times we don’t even recognize our own folly until we are in over our heads.
Shane does a great job explaining his path and methods which have helped him attain a place in life and family he would’ve otherwise never known. I’m so very happy to call Shane a friend and furthermore I’m honored to introduce him to you.
Join us for sober alcoholics, Streetbike Tommy, RAD, the mailroom and an epiphany brought on by his daughter in the wee hours of the morning and a bible in the road. Truly a powerful episode and I’m so excited to have Shane join us.

Jesse Foster is our guest this week and he has quite a resume of gathering wisdom from dads of all backgrounds. Jesse is the host of the Father Nation podcast which has over 150 episodes. Once becoming a father himself, Jesse wanted to expand his knowledge on the subject and proceeded to launch Father Nation in order to capitalize on the wisdom of fathers everywhere… sound familiar? Being exposed to that kind of knowledge, he has some great takeaways which he shares with us this week.

Jesse has an interesting backstory as well. Early on he lived and worked in Kazakstan and Kyurgstan teaching English. Please welcome my guest this week, Anthony Hayes. Anthony is a VERY busy dad with multiple engagements such as authoring a total of 3 books, blogging, hosting his own podcast and is an integral part of some very active communities online. Not that that is enough, Anthony also works full time.

Talk about dichotomy! Anthony is a father to a darling little girl named Violet and consequently, runs a blog called “The Daddy Daughter Diaries” wherein he talks about being a new dad.
His book “The Science of Being” draws together much of his struggles in life which are centered around a debilitating diagnosis of clinical depression. Many are never treated; much less diagnosed, however, Anthony wasn’t going to let this stop him. Added to this his podcast “Me, Myself and I” chronicles his positive mindset shift and how it impacts his daily life for the better.
There’s so much more I’m blown away. Anthony truly is a machine and an example of a RAD DAD making things happen!
