We RAD DADS

We RAD DADS is a show and community dedicated to improving the lives of Dads who put their families first. We are single fathers, men in blended families and dads of non-traditional families looking to learn the lessons of this difficult path from others who've journeyed this difficult path before us. Above all, we are caring and nurturing fathers who continually value and seek improvement for ourselves and other parents. We face our own struggles and seek to dominate them as a means to living a fulfilling life. Each week we find entertainment and value as we get to know a new guest, understand their situation, explore their struggles and learn how to navigate life's challenges through retrospect and experience. It is through this process we aim to find and share wisdom that you can employ in your own life. Please join us as we discover and distribute the value of first-hand experiences and insight told by those who are now living proof that you can too. We RAD DADS - Where wisdom meets entertainment.

Things aren't always as dire as you imagine. Maybe your perspective is what needs changing.

Let me share with you a story about what happened in my life recently. (Recorded on my birthday). The cliche of “the attitude of Gratitude” is very difficult to stomach when finding yourself struggling as a single Dad. Everyone has advice and it’s hard to keep your sanity sometimes. I am not a psychologist or behavioral specialist of any kind however, I want to share with you what works for me.

Gratitude. The foundation of mindset hack
Gratitude on our Instagram

Taking steps toward recognizing how good your situation is, is the beginnings of a very powerful mindset shift. Small steps lead to big changes but small steps can beagonizing. Continue placing one foot in front of the other and soon you will begin to see results. Eventually finding gratitude will come naturally. Like any talent, or attitude you need to continue to practice in order to ensure the full benefits. I would hope my example hits home with you and shows that the “little things” matter most. If you can engage your mind over small matters you will begin the process of finding the person you and your family wants and needs. Take comfort friends, you are not alone in this pursuit.
